Traditional Khantoke Dinner Chiangmai

I do not know much about Khantoke. I knew it as the Thai Northern style meal which is serving in a set and must sit on the floor. I had once many years ago in Chiangrai and this was the 2nd time but in Chiangmai. We did not plan in advance just asked for a recommendation at the hotel. The front staff told us two places and called them right away. The first one was fully booked so we got another. They told that we were getting a table but when we got there they settled us on the floor. My husband had difficulty to sit on the floor but he did it pass through the night.

Thannatee Boutique Hotel Chiangmai

We were booking a day on Dec 26th for a day with elephants at Elephant Nature Park, Chiangmai. I looked at the hotel which was in the area which the tour company provided a pickup van. I chose Thannatee Boutique Hotel because all nice pictures and good reviews from my searching. Staffs were friendly and polite. I felt like stayed at home in this hotel.
